OUR model

Our Approach

Green Gather functions as an integrated and progressive educational model, designed to support each stage of development with clarity and coherence.

Learning is built sequentially and in a spiral fashion: concepts are introduced with structure, practiced with guidance, explored in depth, and connected across disciplines. This allows students to develop a solid understanding and critical thinking skills capable of navigating a complex world.

We work through meaningful projects, hands-on experiences, workshops, and rigorous academic dialogue. Ideas are not learned in isolation; they are connected, applied, and transferred to real-world contexts.

Bilingualism is developed progressively and consistently, strengthening the ability to think, argue, and participate in diverse cultural and academic contexts.

Socio-emotional development is integrated into the daily routine. Teachers and educational psychologists closely support each process, offering academic and emotional scaffolding that is tailored to the stage and individual needs.

The natural environment is an active part of the model: it broadens experiences, fosters focus, and strengthens awareness of interdependence. All of this is based on a guiding principle: the balance between academic clarity, relational care, and shared responsibility.

Our Team

The academic and human heart of Green Gather

Green Gather is sustained by a team of educators with strong academic preparation and experience across diverse educational settings, both in Mexico and abroad. They are professionals with sound pedagogical judgment, a commitment to continuous growth, and a deep understanding of child and adolescent development.

At the same time, they are present and attentive adults. They know each student as an individual, build relationships grounded in trust, and guide with balance — combining academic clarity, thoughtful structure, and genuine sensitivity to each child’s unique process.

They believe in ongoing professional formation because education continues to evolve. And they understand that teaching is not simply the transmission of knowledge, but the cultivation of thought, character, and awareness.

For families, this brings peace of mind: their children are guided by prepared professionals and deeply committed human beings who care about their growth.

Preschool

Where childhood is experienced with connection and wonder

In Preschool, the forest is an integral part of daily life. Children explore, observe, move around, and discover the world with their bodies and senses. Nature and community life spark genuine questions and nurture the joy and wonder that drive learning.

The day is structured around clear routines and shared rituals that provide security and a sense of belonging. The close bond with their teachers strengthens confidence, and caring habits are practiced daily: caring for themselves, caring for others, and caring for the environment.

In an English immersion environment, and through play, exploration, language, representation, and their own questions, children develop a solid foundation in fine motor skills, understanding of the natural and social environment, mathematical thinking, and emergent reading.

Learning is built in an integrated way and spirals back, deepening understanding, strengthening independence, and keeping curiosity alive.

ELEMENTARY

Where every student is known and learning seeks depth

In Elementary School, each student receives close support. We understand their way of thinking, their interests, and their pace, and from there we design experiences that challenge and support them simultaneously.

Learning combines clear structure with meaningful experiences. Communication—both oral and written—is strengthened in both languages, and mathematical thinking is built step by step, spiraling back to consolidate understanding and confidence. Through projects that connect subject areas and the environment, students organize ideas, apply concepts, and begin to understand relationships between natural and social systems.

Social and emotional growth is central. Care, responsibility, and belonging are not isolated concepts: they are practiced in daily life, in collaborative work, and in interaction with the environment. Students learn to listen, argue, resolve conflicts more independently, and take an active role within the community.

In Elementary School, learning becomes structured and meaningful, the community is strengthened, and each student begins to understand that deep thinking and caring for others are part of the same experience.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Exploring critical thinking and identity

In secondary school, critical thinking becomes central. Students analyze ideas from multiple perspectives, question assumptions, and construct well-founded arguments. They understand how social, scientific, and cultural systems interact, developing a broader and more systemic view of the world they inhabit.

The academic structure gains depth, while adult support remains close. Teachers know each student individually, guiding and supporting them, and providing constant monitoring of their academic and personal progress. Intellectual rigor in both Spanish and English coexists with a deep and stable connection.

There are intentional spaces for strengthening self-awareness, social responsibility, and decision-making skills. Students choose environments where they can develop physically and creatively, exercising autonomy and building meaningful relationships within the community.

Middle school is a safe environment for exploring who they are. Here, they can express ideas authentically, assume increasing responsibilities, and build their identity with the support of adults who know and trust them. At this stage, academic depth, emotional containment, and a sense of belonging are balanced, forming young people capable of thinking clearly and acting responsibly in a complex world.

HIGH SCHOOL

Where depth becomes direction

The High School at Green Gather is a space for rigorous intellectual development and close support. Each student is known in depth and receives individual guidance to maintain a true balance between academic, emotional, social, artistic, and physical growth.

Academic rigor is strengthened through a clear architecture of knowledge and an increasingly complex exploration of the diverse areas and languages we use to understand the world. Bilingualism is experienced in an advanced way: in addition to English as the language of study, several subjects are taught in English, expanding students’ capacity for analysis, research, and expression in international contexts.

Autonomy grows gradually and with guidance. Students make informed decisions, manage larger-scale projects, and broaden their experience into the real world through exchanges, off-campus studies, mentorships, and professional immersion programs. Guidance is holistic: it goes beyond choosing a career path, focusing on understanding who students are, what they want to contribute, and how they want to participate in a complex and dynamic world.

At the High School, critical thinking, conscious responsibility, and authenticity are fostered within a supportive and challenging community. Young people graduate with intellectual clarity, a solid identity, and the ability to act with purpose.
